The first time I met Jessica and she was/is an incredibly bright individual. A few months had passed and I decided that it would be a good time to sell my home. Jessica was the first person that came to mind and I contacted her immediately.

I live 2 provinces away now and Jessica was able to be flexible and meet with me via video chat on several occasions in order to sort our plan out. Once we came to a conclusion on what work needed to be done around the home, I was able to have my list prepared so I could commence work immediately upon my arrival (again, I now live 2 provinces away). When I arrived to complete the renovations, Jessica joined me in picking out the color pallet, fixtures, flooring, window coverings, and provided me with any other recommendations based off of her vast market knowledge and insights into what "works" and what doesn't.

Within the first few days, we had over 10 viewings (keep in mind this is during a pandemic), an offer within 3 days of listing, and an accepted offer in just over 2 weeks of listing the property. If possession dates did not have to be bumped by a week later, the entire process from listing the home to the deal closing and funds received in my account would have taken 4 weeks!! With the delay, it was only 5 weeks total, which is incredibly fast and took a lot of stress away from me.

Jessica worked very hard for it. She was right on my expectations and our working relationship was optimal because we were on the same page from day 1. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Jessica and would happily work with her in the future.
